Description
This is not an LED lamp, but a 4-foot (48-inch) T12 fluorescent tube designed for those who prefer traditional lighting. It has a 1.5-inch diameter, operates with a ballast, and uses two G13 Medium Bipin male sockets, making it compatible with standard fixtures.
This 40-watt tube emits a Cool White (CW) light with a colour temperature of approximately 4100 Kelvin. It provides between 2200–2600 lumens over its lifespan and is rated for a minimum of 20,000 hours. As with all fluorescent lamps, it contains mercury, so proper handling and disposal are required.
Although still functional, this lamp is not considered energy efficient. For improved energy savings, longer life, and mercury-free performance, we recommend switching to one of our LED alternatives.
