This lamp is most often used in appliances or in under cabinet lighting. While it delivers reliable performance, please note that this tube contains mercury. Proper handling and disposal are required when the tube burns out. Additionally, it is no longer considered an energy-efficient choice. The colour is Cool White which is an industry euphemism for 4000 or 4100 Kelvin. It requires a ballast to operate and the ballast can also fail.
